Drop Off Items

Drop Off Procedures

Drop off should take about 30 minutes depending on how many items you have. All consignors are responsible for placing their items in the correct location on the sales floor.

Items that do not meet our guidelines will be pulled from the sales floor prior to the sale and stored for pickup until after the sale.

All items that are being dropped off at TTW must be:

Entered into My Consignment Manager and have a printed barcoded tag
Clean
Season appropriate
On hangers with the hook facing left forming a “?” Pre-sorted by gender and size. This will save you time when placing your items in their designated areas on the sales floor.

Once you are finished dropping off your items, you will stop at the check out desk to sign your disclaimer and pick up your presale passes.
